We attended her Open House that weekend and bid on the property three days later. We are now proud owners of this new house. It was Elle going door-to-door that sold that house. We were so impressed by Elle that we asked her to present her plan for selling our existing home. Elle presented a detailed and well-thought-out plan that included delivering flyers to the neighborhood on a regular basis, listing our home on prominent internet real estate sites and in local newspapers, and some creative ideas for open houses. As our agent, Elle went over and beyond what she had promised during that presentation. After much preparation on Elle?s part, our first open house was quite a success which resulted in multiple bids within the first week. Elle always ensured that everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail made us feel at ease during this process. As our agent, Elle always went the extra mile. Most importantly, she is trustworthy and honest. She was truly our advocate on both of our transactions. It is obvious that Elle truly cares about her clients. If we ever buy or sell another home we would use Elle as our agent.
